Benchmark takes a contemporary approach to meal nutrition and evaluates meals based on caloric intake requirements, fat restrictions, and a reduction in sodium levels. While many of the menu items appear basic, please note that fresh/healthier ingredients are often being used to prepare dishes and essentials are being hidden into recipes. You will also notice the use of fresh meats, lean beefs, whole grains, fresh fruits, healthy oils, and more. Benchmark is proud to have one of the state’s finest Nutritionists and excellent chefs on staff to continually develop recipes and push for nutritious meal programs.
